Post Script

I feel it is necessary to remind the readers of my blog of a simple fact, "I do not treat disease". I do not offer "cures" for diseases. What I do offer, is "an alternative to all forms of medicine". That is, an alternative way of thinking and living. My role is purely as a teacher, and the role of those attending my farm, courses, lectures, or consultations, is as a student. And as a student the choice is yours.

Thank you.

Today's Update - September 2016

Some who come to the farm often think that I am too strict with the instructions I give them as they endeavour to deal with whatever is ailing them at the time. Especially as they have access through the internet to a vast array of information covering almost every imaginable ailment. Much of this information claims to be "natural' and/or "wholistic", and involves the use of many forms of  so-called "natural" remedies, supplements, medications etc.

It greatly surprises many of the people who stay at the farm to learn that I do not recommend, nor do I advise the use of, these remedies etc. Further, that whereas there is generally quite an emphasis upon a varied dietary intake, my recommendation, and not only in diet, is to keep it simple. That is to follow the KISS principle.

Dietarily this translates into often spending a period of time just eating one type of food. For instance,
when the grapes are readily available, to spend a week just eating grapes. Of course living in the tropics as I do, the mango season is a good time for such a venture. Further, this list does not require to be  limited to grapes and mangoes, I have on occasion used many other fruits such as, cherries, kiwi fruit,  pears, even tomatoes and cucumbers. As can well be observed, it is the juicy fruits which are best in these instances, although others can be used, although I have not found them to be so beneficial.

On occasion I have often enjoyed sitting down to eating a head of lettuce. In the choosing to do so requires a source of organically grown lettuce, for those grown commercially are usually bitter to taste.

It is well to always keep uppermost in our minds though, the simple fact, that although food, that is our dietary intake is of utmost importance in the achievement and maitenance of our health, it is only one factor. That fresh air, exercise, rest, clean water, and a postive mental out-look, are necessary for us to be healthy, happy people.

It is on this note that I would like to share with you the experience of two people who have  benefitted from following this regime just recently.

The first is a young lady in her late thirties who was awaiting a donor for a kidney transplant, who had been advised that she could not recover without otherwise. She has fully recover without any form of medical intervention including the transplant.

The second is a man in his fifties, an insulin dependant diabetic. He is now completely free of all medication, and no longer a diabetic.
